Prior to that, she gained valuable litigation experience handling insurance defense matters with the firm of Ford & Huff. Ms. Spevak received her law degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and completed clerkships with the New Hampshire Public Defenders Office in Manchester, New Hampshire and the Salt Lake City-based firm of VanCott Bagley Cornwall & McCarthy.
