We all know that divorce is not fun.  Ms. Spevak has built a successful family law practice based on one guiding principle: listening to her clients and working to achieve their desired results as economically and painlessly as possible.  That said, Ms. Spevak is not afraid to try divorce and custody issues and will work tirelessly to present the best possible case for her clients.  She has prevailed in all but one of the matters she has taken to trial in the last seven years as a family law litigator.. Ms. Spevak is currently a partner at Fontenot Law in Bountiful, Utah.  Prior to that, she gained valuable litigation experience handling insurance defense matters with the firm of Ford & Huff.  Ms. Spevak received her law degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and completed clerkships with the New Hampshire Public Defenders Office in Manchester, New Hampshire and the Salt Lake City-based firm of VanCott Bagley Cornwall & McCarthy.
