From 1988 to 1994 William worked with a Salt Lake City, Utah estate planning firm before joining Willard R. Bishop, P.C. in 1994, now the Bishop & Leigh law firm. William has served as a public defender in both Iron County and Kane County, Utah. William is also a Certified Public Accountant.
