Miranda is actively involved in educational programs within the San Diego legal community, and is regularly invited to speak at seminars on the subject of estate planning and probate.. Ms. Franks was born and raised in Southern California, and has lived here most of her life. She resides in Rancho San Diego with her son Dylan and three cats, Cecily, Mango and Nacho.
