I have been practicing law for 36 years mostly limited to bankruptcy. My father was alao a bankruptcy lawyer and a bankruptcy trustee. I have substantial experience in representation of consumers and businesses in chapter 7, 11 and 13. I have handled everything from simple to complex including complex litigation and trials in the bankruptcy court. I love bankruptcy as it helps people who need help. Bankruptcy happens due to things out of your conytrol and you want someone who has had the experience to see it all. Also it is important to be compassionate and understanding.
