Vanessa was born in Los Angeles, CA, and has lived on both the East and West Coasts, with most of her years spent in the Sacramento region. After attending Del Campo HS in Fair Oaks, Kennedy HS in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, and having graduated from Elk Grove HS, she moved to the Washington DC area and attended George Mason University in Virginia. Upon returning to Sacramento in 2002, Vanessa obtained her Real Estate Sales license, California Attorneys license in 2016, Real Estate Broker license in 2018, and Mortgage Loan Origination license in 2021..
