Everything from the check-in to the after scheduling was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind. Dr. Tobin explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. AND, he listened to all of the complaints I had without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Not enough doctors like that out there!
Love Dr Tobin and staff! Dr Tobin is very thorough and explains things in manner which is easy to understand. He always has options and is willing to listen and address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a compassionate and caring Dr of ENT.
Dr. Tobin explains everything very well. Was very concerned about my health and a plan was made tailored to my symptoms. 3 months later the treatment was very effective and to stay the course.
