Jacqueline Skay is Certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. Her practice involves the drafting of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, community property agreements and other related documents; administering trusts and probate of estates.. Ms. Skay earned a juris doctor degree in 1990 and an LLM in Taxation in 2002, both from the University of San Diego, School of Law. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and public administration from San Diego State University (1988).
