This includes the drafting of living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and other important estate planning documents. I also assist Successor Trustees who have taken over the administration of a trust due to death, resignation or incapacity. This can be a difficult task full of hidden issues and we help our clients navigate through the process. Finally, when there was a failure to plan or when problems arise, we assist clients with probate proceedings.. Feel free to contact me to discuss your concerns or issues in these areas.
