While representing clients, some of them required attention in the field of consumer protection which led to my affiliation with the national consumer protection law firm, Hyde & Swigart. Since then I have maintained focus on these two practice fields, which includes all aspects of transactional entertainment, intellectual property litigation, and consumer protection-related litigation including the prosecution of debt collectors, credit bureaus, and defending debt collection lawsuits, among others.. Our office also now handles personal injury, immigration and criminal defense.
