Ms. Broutian has practiced law in California since 2012. As Partner of the Garibyan & Broutian Law Firm, Ms. Broutian handles personal injury, property damage, and consumer protection matters, including lemon law and auto dealer fraud. Additionally, Ms. Broutian's has represented victims of both the Santa Clarita Sand Fire and La Tuna Canyon Wildfire against their respective insurance companies in bringing their homes back to their pre-wildfire conditions.. Additionally, Ms. Broutian was an extern for the Cancer Legal Resource Center where she provided legal resource assistance to cancer patients for issues regarding employment and housing discrimination, estate planning, State Disability Insurance, Medi-Cal and Medicare, Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.. Ms. Broutian received her Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Armenian Studies, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she attained particularly high grades in Legal Research and Writing, Legal Drafting, Torts, Constitutional Law, and Negotiations.
