As a licensed attorney with an active bar membership in the State of California, I have years of law firm and in-house experience in complex litigation and transactional legal matters. Before I founded Unicorn Law Group, I had participated in high-profile litigations involving international companies conducting business in China and the U.S., and provided litigation support with all manner of corporate, regulatory, and litigation work.I am one of the first-generation immigrants. I started my legal practice in the area of immigration by assisting my husband in the immigrant petition for alien of extraordinary ability (EB-1A). Since then, I started offering legal consultation to Ph.D. candidates from top-tier universities on employment-based immigrant petitions and to international entrepreneurs on corporate governance of startup companies.I hold the belief that Justice delayed is justice denied. I develop my expertise to ensure my clients receive premium legal services in an effective and cost-efficient way.
