Nicholas Khoury grew up in the Village of Altamont. He attended college at SUNY Albany where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2007. Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2010 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011 and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2013.. Nicholas began his legal career practicing immigration, personal injury, and social security disability law in the New York metropolitan area. In 2015, Nicholas returned to the Capital Region where he represented injured workers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board until becoming a full time social security disability attorney in 2016.. Nicholas joined Martin, Harding & Mazzotti in 2017 both in order to continue helping disabled individuals get access to their social security benefits and because it gave him the opportunity to work in an environment where he was encouraged to build meaningful relationships with his clients.. Nicholas enjoys water sports, motorcycles, and, when he can, working in his brother’s blacksmith shop. He is also a proud member of his local Masonic Lodge and Shriners International Center where he actively participates in social and charitable activities.
