Eric Francisconi Bio
I love helping clients obtain the results they need. Unlike other attorneys, not only am I not afraid to try cases, I enjoy it! There's nothing more professionaly satisfying than winning for my client at trial! Clients, judges, and jurors have praised me for my ability to engage with jurors, to make difficult issues and facts easy to understand, and to zealously represent my clients while maintaining my professionalism. I am proud that my peers have admitted me to the American Board of Trial Advocates, the country’s premier organization of experienced civil trial lawyers and judges. I'm also proud to be at FitzGerald Yap Kreditor LLP, a full-service firm that has the resources to take on almost any kind of case of any size. When I'm not working, I enjoy my role as Worship Leader at my church and spending time with my wife and son.
