Mr. Whitney is certified as a specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.. Mr. Whitney is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, United States District Court, Eastern District of California, United States District Court, Central District of California.
