Michael Bitondo serves as Of Counsel for the Law Offices of James D. Frangos and concentrates his practice in landlord/tenant law, real estate, estate planning, and criminal defense.  Mr. Mr. Bitondo received his Juris Doctorate Degree from UC Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in Taxation and received his Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA in Political Science and History.. He represents both landlords and tenants in all types of landlord/tenant matters, including unlawful detainers (evictions). He uses his experience in this field to help clients navigate the complex and myriad landscape of landlord-tenant laws.
