Andy handles a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate, financing transactions and business organization and succession planning.He also represents a number of health care providers in such areas as sales of physician practices to hospitals, establishment of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and other ancillary service providers, managed care contracting, and regulatory compliance..
