About David Kerpel
I partner with my clients to help them through a very difficult time in their lives. Whether it involves procuring their share of the marital estate, or ensuring quality time with their children, I use the skills that I have developed over the years to further my client's best interests. Children should not be caught in the middle of a divorce or separation, and I use legal tools available to try to prevent this from happenning.. I work not only with divorcing couples, but also couples who have never been married (Paternity actions), as well as same-sex couples. I personally handle each of my client's cases so they work with me on a one-on-one basis throughout the process.. I am also cognizent of trying to ensure that my clients have sufficient assets left over after the legal process to enable them to begin the next chapter in their lives. As a result, I am a strong advocate for mediation, when appropriate, as well as the Collaborative divorce process.
