William L. Breedlove was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010 and the Iowa Bar in 2012. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law. While in law school, William taught undergraduate ethics and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law Technology & Policy. Following law school, he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain where he was valedictorian and presented research in front of the African Network of Constitutional Lawyers in Rabat, Morocco..
