Nina  F. Nina is proficient in securing H-1B, O-1, TN & L-1 visa and obtaining permanent resident status on behalf of her client. She is a member and past co-chair of the Immigration Section of the New York State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Erie County Bar Association.
