Representing foreign physicians with their unique immigration needs has also been a distinct practice field of experience for Nina. This includes her critical understanding of 212(e) restrictions, waivers to those restrictions, USMLE requirements and equivalent certifications needed to practice medicine in the United States, especially for those with Canadian training.. Ms. Juncewicz attended Canisius College where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Finance before obtaining her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Ms. Juncewicz is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States Western District of New York.
