Gregg H. Novack Bio. Attorney Novack was born and raised in Menomonee Falls, WI. While at Menomonee Falls High School he lettered 6 times in football and tennis, graduated 2nd in his class, and was class president all four years.. Attorney Novack was fortunate enough to attend the University of Madison on a full scholarship. While at Madison he was on the Dean’s list and won multiple intramural softball and basketball championships. He graduated with a B.A. in Zoology in 1998. After college Attorney Novack taught math and science at Pius XI High School in Milwaukee. He was an assistant football and basketball coach as well.. Attorney Novack decided to attend Creighton University Law School after he was offered a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While at Crieghton he was on the Dean’s list and was able to meet U.S. Supreme Court Justices Anthony Kennedy and Clarence Thomas.  Justice Kennedy gave Attorney Novack a copy of the US Constitution as a gift and was kind enough to autograph it. Attorney Novack proudly displays this keepsake in his office today.. Attorney Novack moved back home after his Dad had heart surgery. Attorney Novack finished law school at Marquette University and graduated in 2003. Upon graduation Attorney Novack was admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for Eastern Wisconsin.. Since 2003, Attorney Novack has been in solo practice on the East Side of Milwaukee. His practice consisted of representing clients on a broad range of legal issues with a focus on criminal and family law. Attorney Novack has tried dozens of cases to juries and judges, including 23 trials since 2013. Attorney Novack has been fortunate to enjoy a high level of success with his trial work. The serious nature of his cases has led to some of his cases being featured in the Milwaukee Journal and on local television.. Attorney Novack has developed a straight forward practice style. He is honest, intelligent, and determined to get the best result for every client. Attorney Novack has used his passion for the law and a caring personality to cultivate strong ties to his clients. Attorney Novack enjoys spending time with his family. Attorney Novack is an avid sports fan, especially the Badgers, who still enjoys playing softball and basketball.
