About Jessie Harris
I am a trial lawyer and member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, and currently serve on the firm’s Board of Directors. I concentrate my practice on civil litigation related to product liability, bodily injury, employment law and commercial cases. I have broad litigation experience consisting of numerous jury trials, alternative dispute resolution and managing complex cases in state and federal district court. I was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine from 2001 to 2004, and again from 2008 to 2010 and was named to the Super Lawyers list in 2011.. I represent clients in cases involving corporate negligence, serious bodily injury and property damage. As part of my employment practice, I conduct personnel investigations and represent clients in lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation and discrimination. My commercial practice includes the representation of clients in contract disputes and cases involving breach of warranties, misrepresentation, and violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I also represent municipal corporations including school districts, cities, towns and numerous public agencies in a wide range of litigation matters.
