David F. Gremillion brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to clients throughout the Greater New Orleans area and beyond. Born in New Orleans and raised in Thibodaux, David now serves as Partner leading the Mandeville office at Jeffords Anthony. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of the South, David graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where he received the prestigious AmJur Award for Best Paper in Sports Law. He later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law so that he could provide the expertise that his clients have come to expect and deserve.. David's current practice is focused on estate planning, tax controversy, audit defense, business general counsel and business consulting. Having practiced in a wide range of areas including tax, criminal law, insurance defense, injury law, maritime, professional malpractice, and employment law to name a few, David is uniquely positioned to help individuals and businesses navigate complex problems by offering zealous advocacy and creative solutions.
