Mr. Turner has practiced in the field of bankruptcy law for over 35 years.. Leo is licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana and has been admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
