Prior to joining the firm, I served as a Legislative Aide to Senator D.A. “Butch” Gautreaux in the Louisiana State Senate from 2003 to 2009, managing the Senator's legislative agenda and Baton Rouge office. I remain involved in Loyola University’s law program as an adviser for the First Amendment Moot Court Team and as a program assistant for the European Union Field Study Program.. I am fluent in French, both written and spoken, enjoy reading, sports, theatre and music, and attending civic and community activities.
