Compelling advocacy is one thing, but as a 3rd party in a case, to have Mr. Connor defame me to my bank, interfering with my business relationship to put pressure on my Mother in a construction defect case is so far past reasonable ethics it begs the question how this attorney is still welcomed by the bar.
