Aaron G. Weishaar is Partner in the St. Louis Office of Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP.  Prior to joining Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP, Mr. Weishaar was a principal in Reinert Weishaar & Associates, P.C. Mr. Weishaar graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Weishaar was a student editor and later the Editor-in Chief for the "Fidelity and Surety News", then a quarterly publication of the Trial, Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.. Mr. Weishaar represents a wide range of clients, from large national surety companies and international corporations to local businesses, and individuals. His practice primarily emphasizes surety bond claims and litigation, real estate law, business and commercial litigation and construction law. Mr. Weishaar has been selected on several occasions to Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star" in Missouri. Mr. Weishaar is also active in a variety of professional and civic associations including the St. Louis Surety Association, AGC St. Louis and with the Regional Union Construction Center. In addition, Mr. Weishaar is a volunteer advocate for the St. Louis Metropolitan Tribunal in the Archdiocese of St. Louis.. Mr. Weishaar is a native of the St. Louis area and obtained his bachelor's degree from St. Louis University in 1994 graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Weishaar lives in South St. Louis City in the St. Louis Hills Neighborhood with his wife and three children where they are active in their community and in St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish.
