My record/reputation speaks for itself.  I have included on this website a list of results of just some of the cases that I have handled in the past few years.  I have tried at Jury well over 30 cases although I stopped counting years ago.  I have tried hundreds of motions, hearings, and bench trials from petty offenses to class X felonies.  Many of the felony cases that I handled involved charges from class 4 felonies up to class x and super x felonies such as: possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing and or delivery of a controlled substance, calculated criminal drug conspiracy, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and or assault, home invasion, unlawful/aggravated/reckless discharge of a firearm, and armed violence, just to name a few.  Not only have I tried numerous felony cases but I have been successful in attaining acquittals and favorable rulings where others thought my case could not be won.. I have worked for large government offices including a municipal law department, two State’s Attorney’s offices, and as a contract assistant helping a Public Defender’s office with its overload of files.  I also have valuable management experience as I supervised and controlled the misdemeanor and traffic divisions in one State’s Attorney’s office and I owned several businesses.I will not take on too many clients so that I cannot give my clients the attention they deserve.  I will not sell myself and then send young, inexperienced attorneys in my place.  I will not settle a case just to quickly close another file and collect a fee nor will I delay a case to collect fees.  I will not abandon a client due to financial difficulties.  The most satisfying feeling for me is when my client leaves my office or the courthouse a winner or is at least happy with their results..
