About Neal Bonrud
I fight for people and businesses who have had their insurance claim denied, delayed, or underpaid by their insurance company. I am experienced at litigating insurance bad faith cases in both Washington State and Federal Courts. My bad faith insurance practice is focused on property insurance and I handle claims involving the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA). I have significant experience working for insurance companies in property and liability insurance but I no longer represent them. I use my experience to represent the victims of their bad faith practices.. I was born in Auburn and grew up in Covington. I graduated from West Point with a bachelor's degree and then served as an officer in the US Army, including an assignment at Ft. Lewis (now JBLM). After leaving the Army as a Captain, I attended and graduated from law school at Arizona State University before moving back to Washington and starting to practice law in 1991.
