Mr. Davidson was born in Topeka, Kansas, and was raised in Salina, Kansas. He attended college at the University of Kansas, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1995. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1998, and the University of San Diego School of Business, where he received his MBA in 1998. After obtaining his degrees in San Diego, Mr. Davidson returned to his hometown of Salina, Kansas, to join the law firm of Hampton & Royce L.C. in 1998 and became a partner in the firm in 2003.. Mr. Davidson is active in his local community. He is past Chairman for the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, past chairman for Hospice of Salina, Inc. and past President of Salina Downtown, Inc.. Mr. Davidson was selected for inclusion in the 2008, 2009, and 2010 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers and was designated as a "Rising Star," which is awarded to no more than 2.5% of the eligible lawyers in the state who are under the age of 40. He has also been designated as "Favorite Attorney" in The Salina Journal Readers' Choice Awards for the past eleven consecutive years..
