While in law school, he served as Law Clerk for a judge on the Eleventh Judicial Court of Florida in Miami. Daniel is also fluent in Spanish.. From the start, Daniel’s legal career has been focused strictly on the area of family law. Before entering private practice, he worked for the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program as an Assistant Attorney General in Broward County, litigating on behalf of the Florida Department of Revenue. He also served for several years as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he handled legal matters related to Child Support Enforcement.. Daniel has spent most of his legal career in court and is adept at litigating contested marital and family law matters. He is equally at home working with people to settle disputes outside of the courtroom.
