Michael C. Huddleston was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in the central Florida area.  He attended Nova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.  Mr. Huddleston would go on to attend Samford University, Cumberland School of School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1989. During law school, Mr. Huddleston was President of the Florida Student Bar Association and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Team and a Judicial Law Clerk.. Mr. Huddleston’s litigation record includes numerous bench and jury trials before Federal and Florida State Courts. Mr. Huddleston maintains an extremely active law practice with an emphasis on Personal Injury Claims, Domestic Relations, Family Law and Trial Work. Currently, Mr. Huddleston is handling preparation for a number of jury trials and other litigation in several Central Florida Courts, while actively managing the firm.. Mr. Huddleston is also an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve and has attained the rank of Major as a judge advocate.  While on active duty Major Huddleston has been stationed in Africa and Germany as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and as a Brigade Judge Advocate and Chief of Administrative and Claims Law.  Currently he is the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the 641st Regional Support Group located in St. Petersburg, Florida.. Mr. Huddleston has successfully passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test to be licensed to practice law in England and Wales..
