Kevin P. Weis is a partner with the Louisville law firm of Goldberg Simpson. Thereafter he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Genetics in 1995. In 1999, he obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he was a published member of the Brandeis Law Journal.. Mr. Weis is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and selected cases in other jurisdictions. He is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, the Kentucky Justice Association (formerly the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys) and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America)..
