I have been an attorney since 1998.  I understand when people are coming to see me for Family Law or criminal matters, they are going through one on the worst times of their lives.  I believe my job is to help take away the fear of the unknown and provide as much information as possible.. There is so much that goes into the effective representation of a person.  Every case is different, and every one has its own unique set of facts and moving parts.  I will represent you and your situation zealously.  I do not believe in a cookie-cutter system of representation.  I understand and respect that your case is the most important thing in the world to you.. There is not a criminal case I have not handled--from traffic tickets to murder and everything in between.  Likewise, my Family Law practice has seen me handle countless cases of various types and complexities.  Divorce, Separation, Child Custody, Timesharing, Maintenance, Child Support, Domestic Violence--you name it (married and unmarried couples).. My belief is that I will use my experience to inform you of not only the law, but also the process and how/why the system works the way it does.  I will tailor my service to fit your needs.  Armed with this information, you will not feel intimidated walking into a courtroom.. Being in court is the most enjoyable part of the job for me, so if we have to litigate, that is what we will do.  Likewise, if reaching an amicable settlement is in your best interests, we will explore that avenue.  I will always be focused on your best interests and shoot you straight.
