I have been coming to this office for 10+ years. The front desk staff changes often. I love my PA so I will stay, however when my PA is away I get Nicole Pellegrini. She has horrible bedside manner, she is COLD. I don't know if she hates her job or just hates her life. I feel bad because Dr. Sipperly is so great. She ruins his office!
