Tiffany Hales has been a practicing attorney since 1994.  She started with Hamilton, Michaelson and Hilty in Nampa Idaho and did general litigation work.. In 2002 Tiffany moved to Utah and was hired by the Utah Department of Workforce Services to be an Administrative Law Judge in the area of employment law, a position she remained in for one year until being hired to be legal counsel for the Department of Workforce Services.. In 2005 Governor Jon M. Huntsman appointed Tiffany to be the Chair of the Workforce Appeals Board, where she oversaw appeals from administrative proceedings relating to employment law. Tiffany has always had a love of aviation and during her time in Utah she worked as adjunct faculty for Utah Valley State University.  Tiffany wrote an on-line Aviation Law course and then taught the course both live and on-line.. In 2015 Tiffany returned to work in Idaho and began working for Brian Webb Legal.  As an attorney at Brian Webb Legal Tiffany specializes in family law, including divorce, custody modification, paternity actions, guardianships and probate work.  In addition Tiffany does criminal defense work, planning and zoning work and other general litigation.. In her free time Tiffany is a volunteer 4-H leader and enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
