Craig M. Goldwasser is a founder and the Managing Partner of Goldwasser & Chan, LLP. Mr. Goldwasser has over a decade of experience handling a wide variety of complex and high exposure legal matters. He has practiced in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice law including general liability, premises liability, dram shop liability, pharmaceutical malpractice, and automobile liability matters from inception through trial in the New York tri-state area. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including high-profile restaurants and bars as well as physicians, nurses, pharmacies and medical facilities.. Prior to forming Goldwasser & Chan, LLP, Mr. Goldwasser was a Partner at a prestigious general liability/personal injury firm where he handled complex civil litigation matters with multi-million dollar exposure. Prior to that time, he was Senior Litigation Counsel for a large medical malpractice/general liability firm. Mr. Goldwasser was also previously a trial attorney at a plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice firm where he successfully tried several cases.
