These matters included dissolution and post-dissolution matters, paternity, child support, and parenting time. From there, Emily switched gears, digging into estate planning and estate administration. Emily has since returned to family law, ready to assist you in all your domestic relations needs.. Outside of the office, you can find Emily spending time with her family. Emily was born and raised in Fort Wayne, and much of her extended family resides here. She knew she wanted to return to her hometown to practice law and give back to the community that has given her so much.
