Since this time Peter has achieved numerous other favorable results for his clients. Some examples include an early settlement of a life insurance dispute in which his client received over $800,000 from the insurance company, an elder abuse suit on behalf of an Estate in which the Estate’s beneficiaries received over $400,000 worth of assets from the abuser, a business litigation suit in which Peter was successful in forcing a competing business to retract a negative review of his client’s business, a RICO case in which Peter earned a six figure settlement for his client, numerous suits against former trustees in which the former trustees were forced to repay the trust for their mismanagement or misappropriation, and trust and probate petitions to confirm distributions or for Peter’s clients to receive early distributions..
