Carla Magnaye Poole was born in the Philippines and moved to Montgomery County, MD with her family at a young age. She has since lived in the DC-Baltimore Metropolitan area and now calls Annapolis home. Ms. Poole received the top scores in all her family law classes.. Ms. Poole served as a judicial law clerk in Caroline County, Maryland, starting her clerkship while still in her final semester of law school in January 2019.
