Carla Magnaye Poole was born in the Philippines and moved to Montgomery County, MD with her family at a young age. She has since lived in the DC-Baltimore Metropolitan area and now calls Annapolis home. While she is new to the legal industry, she has more than 13 years of professional experience serving the community and working with clients in government, non-profit, non-governmental, and private sectors..
