As an attorney, Mrs. Kondratyuk has assistedher community association clients by examiningtheir condominium and homeowners association documents, implementing andoverseeing association assessment collection, securing liens for unpaidassessments, and guiding her clients through the complex foreclosure process.. has recently been awarded membership to the Heuisler Honor Societyafter graduating magna cum laude fromthe University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in RealEstate. While in law school, served as the Articles Editor on the School of Law’sJournal of Environmental Law and, in2007, the Journal of Environmental Law publishedher article entitled Potomac Riverkeeper Inc. v. Nat’l CapitalSkeet & Trap Club, Inc. received numerous awards in law school, including the Highest Gradesin Maryland Civil Procedure, Environmental Law, Commercial Law, and Sales andLeases. Mrs. Kondratyuk received her B.A., suma cum laude, from Towson University..
