Eli is also known for providing professional malpractice defense to attorneys, accountants, directors and officers, real estate professionals, title insurance professionals, health care professionals, nursing homes, social workers, engineers, architects and other design professionals. Further Eli has represented such professionals in other disciplinary matters. These matters include arbitrations and administrative board trials including hearings before the American Arbitration Association, and state professional responsibility peer review actions for attorneys and health care professionals.
