Graham began his legal career as an intern in the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office, where he worked as an intern on the state prosecution of Terry Nichols. In 2004 the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office hired Graham as an Assistant District Attorney, a position he held until 2010. A highlight of his career was assisting in the prosecution of actor McCauley Culkin. Graham opened his current firt, Chavers & Guhl Law Firm in 2010. Since then Graham has worked diligently to dismissed cases filed against the falsely accused.
