Professional and Philosophy. Attorney Trent D. Woods is the managing partner at Woods Law Group, PLLC.  His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and firearms law.  He has worked extensively in matters involving estate planning and probate proceedings, particularly for large, valuable, or unique firearms collections, contested and uncontested probate proceedings, ATF compliance, Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) management and operations, unregistered or questionable status firearms, and general firearms law.  He represents individuals, couples, and families planning their estates, decedents estates, individuals being investigated by the ATF, licensed gun dealers and manufacturers (FFLs), as well gun-related businesses, such as accessory or barrel manufacturers.. Trent has written and lectured on numerous legal topics, in particular estate planning and firearms law. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, WealthCounsel, and many other groups..
