Thrash, Carroll & Sanchez Law Group has practiced in the Lake Travis area for over 30 years. Our firm's primary focus is protecting your family's legacy, security and wealth by creating estate plans and business succession plans tailored to your unique goals and complexities.  We use all of the tools of estate planning and defensive estate planning (asset protection) to accomplish our client's goals.  We have represented as many as 3 generations in a client family.  This is true legacy planning.  We bring an understanding of family dynamics, familial generational wealth, especially Texas'  large landowners and the importance of families of all kinds, to all of our clients estate planning.  Two of our attorneys are  BOARD CERTIFIED in estate planning and probate law and one has a masters of law in taxation.. All of our attorneys are ranchers and landowners - they hunt, fish, raise cattle and ride horses, in addition their understanding of oil and gas law makes them appreciate all that is Texan.. Giving back is important and the attorneys at TCS serve in many legal organizations as well as on boards in Austin and the Highland Lakes area that give back to the community.
