I have also presented hundreds of cases to the grand jury and have litigated numerous cases before a judge. In the area of DWI alone, I have received specialized training in the investigation and litigation of Intoxication Manslaughter, Intoxication Assault, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and both alcohol and drug-related DWI cases..
