Andrew has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association for over 15 years. For the past decade, he has narrowed his legal practice to focus primarily on the intricacies of family law. With wide-ranging experience in tactful litigation in divorce and custody cases, coupled with years of knowledge as a skilled mediator, he stands as one of the most prominent family law attorneys in King County, Washington.. In addition to his litigation experience, Andrew further assists clients in mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution as a trained mediator. Andrew received training in interest-based mediation from the University of Washington. With a trained mediator and seasoned litigator on your side, you have all bases covered.. Andrew graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in political science. He continued his path into the legal profession at the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating with high honors and in the top 10% of his class. During his time in law school, Andrew was selected by faculty to be a teaching assistant for first-year legal writing classes. Among his various achievements and awards, Andrew held the Meyerowitz Prize for best brief in Maryland’s annual appellate advocacy competition.. Andrew’s passion for the legal profession developed early on. When his high school mock trial team went to state finals, the judge offered Andrew a clerkship position on the spot, conditional only on his successful completion of law school..
