Ms. Van graduated from the University of Dayton- School of Law with extensive legal experiences working at its Criminal Law Clinic, and interning at Bradley & Associates and with Superior Court Judge Carol A. Schapira. After graduation, she worked for a Seattle law firm as an associate attorney and partner before starting her own firm.. Ms. Van is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and a few other bar associations. Ms. Van enjoys volunteering her time as a pro bono attorney for the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project (NWIRP) and King County Bar Association (KCBA). She was recognized for her pro bono work with DACA issues by the AILA WA chapter in 2013.. In her spare time, she enjoys attending services at Cao Dai Temples, cultural festivals, fundraising for non-profits, and hiking and attending sporting events with her family..
