(Suffolk Cty. Mass.), Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago v. Banc of America Funding Corp., et al. (Cook Cty. Ill.), and Oregon v. Monsanto Co., et al. (Multnomah Cty. Ore.).. Amy serves as a cooperating attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Washington, and is a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon.
