I have been a member of the New York Bar since 1978. My practiceand my client base are varied but, the thread that connects my clientsto me is that they have all been seriously injured and they all requiresome much needed help in getting their lives back on track.  I can’tremember a single client who would not have exchanged everythingobtained in a lawsuit to go back in time - one (1) day before theaccident. Since I am a lawyer - not a magician, that was animpossibility.  I still take great pride though in knowing that my clients’lives have been made significantly better through my efforts.. Ireceived my undergraduate education at State University of New York atBuffalo where I graduated with honors. I completed my legaleducation at Union University Albany Law School.  I am licensed topractice before the state courts of New York, the U.S. District Courtsfor the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and theUnited States Supreme Court.. Aside from the thousands of personal injury cases I have handled arising from all types ofaccidents, including medical, dental and legal malpractice, I have alsotaken a particular interest in assisting  people who have had theircivil rights violated or were  injured by police officers and othermunicipal officials who have abused their authority.. Throughoutthe years, I have spoken on numerous medical and legal issues. Currently, I am a member of the Medical -Legal Committee of theWestchester County Bar Association. I am also proud to be an activemember of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State TrialLawyers Association, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and theAmerican Association for Justice.  I firmly believe that our system ofjustice is still the best system in the world for improving the qualityof life for people injured through the negligence of others.
