My practice areas include Trusts and Estates and the related areas of Elder Law, Medicaid Planning and Qualification, Guardianship and Probate/Administration. I also represent clients in all areas of real estate from residential real estate to commercial real estate (including leasing and landlord-tenant matter) to institutional lending. On the business side of our practice, I counsel both start-up companies and established companies. I am the Village Prosecutor for the Westchester Villages of Irvington and Elmsford.
